Cement Industry

Kiln Burning Zone

As the atmosphere in cement industry is dusty, a two-colour Pyrometer is recommended which measures accurate temperature of the KILN BURNING ZONE. Two colour pyrometer ensures trouble-free temperature measurement even in dusty atmosphere.

Rugged Water-cooling jacket and Air purge with quartz protection window makes the system suitable for harsh environment applications.

Recommended Pyrometer: A450C

A 450C

Temperature range
600°C to 2500°C

Kiln Inlet & Secondary Air Zone

Two colour pyrometer ensures trouble free temperature measurement. Fibre optic version with sighting tube helps to keep the electronic part away from hot area thus eliminates the need for water cooling.

Recommended Pyrometer: A450C FO-PL

Temperature range
600°C to 3200°C

Clinker Temperature Measurement

The clinker temperature measurement is easily carried through a pyrometer with temp range from 0°C-1000°C. The low-cost models recommended for the application include products from E series and AL Series. The pyrometer comes with wide angle optics to cover more area, fast response time within milliseconds and PC software for remote parameterization.

Recommended Pyrometer: AL30, EL50

AL30

Temperature range
0°C to 1000°C

Temperature range
0°C to 800°C

Kiln Monitoring System

Our high-temperature Furnace monitoring systems provide plant engineers and operators in the control room with views of burner flames, material alignment and movement, and other process conditions in furnace, kiln, heating stove or other combustion chamber.

We use special colour camera above 480 lines, pinhole lens and stainless-steel camera housing with water- and air-cooling system, enabling the system working in high temperature environment.

The system has auto-retraction and auto insertion function. The camera will exit out of the furnace when the temperature of the inner camera housing is higher than the setting value or the pressure of compressed air & flow of water is lower than the setting value or the power failures.

Measurement of Temperature of Cement Grout

One of the Cement grout manufacturers wished to record real-time temperature of the grout over 60 minutes of mixing a small sample in the lab. An Infrared Thermometer is recommended for the application. Infrared thermometer can be connected to a real-time plotter or to a PC for permanent record of the change in temperature over the 60 minutes for each sample.
